Was Rayver Cruz thinking of proposing to Julie Anne San Jose while they were in the middle of the conflict in Israel?
Kapuso actor Rayver Cruz shares his thoughts and experience when he and Julie Anne San Jose were in Israel.
Being in a relationship with Kapuso singer-actress Julie Anne San Jose has felt like things have fallen into place for Kapuso actor Rayver Cruz. They were friends before they fell in love with each other and things started to change when in the past five years, they worked together on several projects.
Last year, their relationship was made official when they exchanged “I love yous” during the singer-actress’ “Julieverse” concert on November 2022.
And previously, they were able to escape the danger in Israel. They were there along with other people for the “Luv Trip Na, Laff Trip Pa” concert which is supposed to be held on October 7 at the Smolarz Auditorium at Tel Aviv University.
However, unprecedented strikes from the Hamas happened. Fortunately, they were all safe and were able to go home safely. Before the unfortunate incident, they visited museums, the Sea of Galilee, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan River.
In a previous article, Julie Anne spoke about the experience and she is just so thankful that they are safe and grateful for people who prayed for their safety.
Amid the dangers and threats, what was Rayver thinking? Did it ever cross his mind to propose amid the conflict?
In an interview with Boy Abunda on his Kapuso show, he aired his thoughts. According to him, everything has a reason. He believes in this and being stuck with the actress in a country that is war-stricken, there must have been a reason.
Amid the conflict, he admitted that he sees a glimmer of hope in her. He added based on the interview, “And then for me, mind, body, and soul, kasal na ako sa kanya. Pero alam ng Diyos na makakauwi kami, may chance pa kaming kunin ka [Boy] as ninong.”
