- duly-accomplished and signed Schengen Visa Application Form
- original and valid passport
- valid for at least 3 months from the date of departure from Netherlands
- passport has at least 2 empty visa pages
- issued not more than 10 years ago
- copy of all pages of the passport
- PSA Marriage Certificate if traveling with spouse
- PSA Birth Certificate if traveling with children
- proof of legal residence
- two (2) photos
- 35 mm x 45 mm (width x height)
- in color
- taken not more than 6 months old at the date of application
- unaltered by computer software
- printed on high-quality, smooth photo paper
- minimum resolution of 400 dpi
- no reflections
- background must be plain light grey, light blue or white
- no shadow on the face or in the background
- head uncovered, face and eyes fully visible
- neutral expression
- face showed between 16 mm and 20 mm (excluding ears)
- length of face:
- between 26 mm and 30 mm (chin to crown) for individuals aged 11 years old and above
- between 19 mm and 30 mm (chin to crown) for minors under 11 years old
- proof of financial means
- bank certification
- bank books
- personal bank statements
- credit card statements or balance in the last six months
- proof of travel
- detailed Travel Itinerary
- proof of accommodation
- receipt of hotel booking
- promise of accommodation by the host
- proof of ties in the Philippines
- proof of social security contributions
- copy of real estate property titles
- proof of family ties in the Philippines like birth certificates of children
- proof of occupation
- If employed:
- Certificate of employment
- Certificate of leave absence
- Latest Income Tax Return
- If self-employed:
- Proof of company registration issued by the Department of Trade Industry(DTI)/Securities Exchange Commission SEC registration of business.
- Latest Income Tax Return
- Business Financial Statement
- If student:
- proof of enrolment
- Certificate of leave absence if travelling during school year
- If employed:
- proof of health insurance
To apply for a travel visa in the Philippines, you need to submit the requirements for Netherlands Visa application at the Netherlands Embassy in Manila. It is located at L26, Equitable Bank Tower, 8751 Paseo de Roxas, Makati, Metro Manila.
Please note that the visa application at the Netherlands Embassy in Manila comes with strict schedules. You have to set an appointment online and observe the following schedules:
- Monday: 9:00 – 14:30 (by appointment only)
- Tuesday: 9:00 – 14:30 (by appointment only)
- Wednesday: 9:00 – 14:30 (by appointment only)
- Thursday: 9:00 – 14:30 (by appointment only)
- Friday: 9:00 – 12:00 (by appointment only)
- Saturday: closed
- Sunday: closed
