Maggie Wilson continues to fight for her right
Celebrity Maggie Wilson showed bravery amid the nine (9) cases she faces right now filed by her estranged husband Victor Consunji and his current partner Rachel Carrasco.
Maggie and Victor’s breakup was quite messy. Their separation led to a legal battle. The former beauty queen is currently out of the country but the legal issues against her continue to prosper.
Just recently, an article surfaced that there was an unhappy client of her furniture company Acasa Inc. who is planning to file estafa case against her. Allegedly, her company failed to deliver the items ordered by the unnamed client.
However, Maggie Wilson showed pieces of evidence that TikTok influencers were paid to attack her regarding this issue. The celebrity reacted to the article by sharing the post of her business partner Tim Connor.
Because of this issue, Maggie’s name has been a trending topic on X since September 27. In a recent Instagram post, the former beauty queen shared her side of the story regarding the recent issue.
She said that the only cases filed against her were from Victor Consunji, Rachel Carrasco, and Kelley Parreno, who is a friend of Rachel and this was already dismissed. Right now, Maggie shared that there are nine cases filed against her and she slammed the article stating a threat that an unnamed individual will sue her for estafa.
She stressed that the write-up is just the same as the “smear campaign” launched against her on TikTok. Maggie also said that people would ask her why she can’t move on. She stressed that she already walked away peacefully and she is open about co-parenting and a blended family set-up between her and her estranged husband, and his new family.
Maggie even shared that she and Tim have been contracting Victor and Rachel privately to iron out whatever the conflict may be but they were blocked.
“You’ve got to ask yourselves, WHY? Why file so many cases? What do they want? What is their end goal? What are they so afraid of, or what do they want to hide?” Maggie Wilson asked these questions.
Amid the legal battle that she is facing now, the celebrity said that the other camp may try to bend her but she will never break.
