Diego Loyzaga Is A “Proud Daddy”, Speaks About Fatherhood

In an interview, Diego Loyzaga speaks about this new chapter of his life.

First-time dad actor Diego Loyzaga speaks about his baby girl and this new chapter in his life as a father.

‘The best birthday gift ever,’ says Diego Loyzaga in his post when he introduced his baby to the public.

Diego shared a photo with the baby in a post and it captured lots of attention. Many people sent congratulatory messages to him and many of his friends from the show business industry expressed happiness for him.

Cesar Montano, his father, expressed that fatherhood would change him for the better and said that he would probably be the type of grandfather who is going to spoil his daughter.

Speaking about fatherhood, he promised to not let his daughter experience what he had experienced as someone who has come from a family with an unconventional setup. As much as we all know, he is Cesar’s son with actress Teresa Loyzaga and he has several half-siblings on his father’s side.

As for the mother of his baby, he revealed that she wants privacy. His partner is not in the show business, hence, the choice to be private. They are raising their child together.

“She has her own thing. She’s not in showbiz, so why would she… We just want to have a quiet and peaceful life,” he said about his non-showbiz partner.

As a father, the 28-year-old actor admitted that he is proud and feels amazing about it.

“I think it’s different for men and for women cause the women are the ones carrying the baby for the longest time. I did it for me, you see. I did it for my family,” he expressed. In the interview with PEP, he added that he actually plans to make the big reveal on Father’s Day in Australia which was September 3.

However, he was forced to reveal it earlier because a “chikadora” tried to preempt it. He did not disclose the name of the “chikadora” but before the “chikadora” could even do it, he made the official announcement himself.

He went on based on the interview, “And how could… I mean, she called me rude. I mean, pero sa totoo lang, who’s the rude one if you’re trying to steal that away from me? I only had that moment once with my daughter in my entire life.”
