Here are the steps on how to claim money via LBC Instant Peso Padala:

Step 1 — Get copy of the LBC tracking number from the sender of the remittance. It is required in claiming the money sent through the Instant Peso Padala service.

Step 2 — Prepare a valid ID. Here are the IDs accepted by the money transfer service provider:

  • Philippine Passport
  • Barangay Certification or Barangay ID
  • Philippine Driver’s License
  • New Postal ID (PVC Card)
  • Professional Regulatory Commission ID (PRC)
  • GSIS e-Card
  • National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance
  • SSS Card
  • Unified Multipurpose ID (UMID)
  • HDMF (Pag-ibig Card) – LBC will not accept the Pag-ibig Loyalty Card
  • Senior Citizen Card
  • PHILHEALTH (PVC or Paper-based Card)
  • Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) / Philippine Identification Card (PhilID) and its digital version ePhiID or the printed ePhil ID
  • ID issued by the Government Owned and Controlled Corporation (GOCC) that LBC accepts:
  • PHILHEALTH (PVC or Paper-based Card)
  • Overseas Filipino Workers ID (OFW ID)
  • AFP ID / AFP Dependent ID
  • Overseas Workers Welfare Administration ID (OWWA ID)
  • Firearm License
  • Voter’s ID (PVC or paper-based card)
  • Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID (IBP ID for lawyers)
  • Seaman’s Book and Seafarer’s Registration Certificate
  • Employment ID
  • Certification from the National Council for Welfare of Disabled Persons (NCWDP)
  • Student ID (Must be valid within six (6) months after school term ends or six (6) months after expiry date of the ID)
  • Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Certificate/ID 4Ps or Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino ID, Solo Parent ID

Step 3 — Go to a branch of LBC and ask for a copy of the Remittance Encashment Form.

Step 4 — Provide all the information asked in the form. The details needed include those of both the Sender and the Receiver.

Step 5 — Submit your duly-accomplished form and valid ID to the Customer Associate in the branch.

Step 6 — Receive the money and the sign the receipt. Make sure to count the money before leaving the branch of LBC Express.
