Typhoon Goring Update – Signal Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 In These Areas

TYPHOON GORING UPDATE – Goring PH slightly intensifies as it moves west-northwestward and these are the wind signals in effect.

Tropical cyclone wind signal (TCWS) No. 4 or the typhoon-force winds with significant to severe threat to life and property was raised in the northeastern part of Babuyan Islands. Goring PH with an international name Saola slightly intensified on Tuesday according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

Goring also triggered flooding in several parts of the country.

And in the latest bulletin from the state weather bureau, signal number 4 was raised in this area. Check out below!

TROPICAL CYCLONE WIND SIGNALS:

Signal No. 1 – The northern and eastern portion of Isabela (Dinapigue, San Mariano,
Ilagan City, Tumauini, San Pablo, Cabagan, Maconacon, Divilacan, Palanan,
Santa Maria, Santo Tomas, Quezon, Delfin Albano), the rest of Ilocos Norte,
the rest of Cagayan, the rest of Apayao, northern portion of Abra (Tineg,
Lagayan, Lacub, Malibcong) and the northern portion of Kalinga (Balbalan,
Pinukpuk, Rizal, City of Tabuk)

Signal No. 2 – The northeastern portion of mainland Cagayan (Santa Ana, Gonzaga,
Santa Praxedes, Claveria, Sanchez-Mira, Pamplona, Abulug, Ballesteros,
Aparri, Buguey, Camalaniugan, Santa Teresita, Allacapan, Lal-Lo, Lasam,
Gattaran, Baggao, Peñablanca), the rest of Batanes, the northern portion
of Ilocos Norte (Pagudpud, Adams, Bangui, Dumalneg), and the northern
portion of Apayao (Calanasan, Luna, Santa Marcela, Flora, Pudtol)

Signal No. 3 – The southern portion of Batanes (Sabtang, Uyugan, Ivana, Mahatao,
Basco) and the rest of Babuyan Islands

Signal No. 4 – The northeastern portion of Babuyan Islands (Babuyan Is.)

It is forecasted that Goring will northwestward or west northwestward and will exit s the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) tomorrow evening or Thursday morning.
