Kapamilya program “Dirty Linen” is a much-talked-about revenge series. It has amassed over 2.5 billion online views since its launch in January. It was a story of the battle between two families – the one seeking justice and the other who are hungry for power and wealth.
The last week of the series was a rollercoaster of emotions, twists, and revelations.
“Dirty Linen” with 200K concurrent viewers online. Carlos (John Arcilla) and Leona (Janice de Belen) were the remaining Fieros and with a satisfying ending, they ended up trapped underground with their family’s wealth.
Authorities have been searching for them but they were trapped in a hidden area where their wealth was kept. Feliz (Angel Aquino) was arrested and will serve two years in prison for the wrongdoings of her family.
Aidan (Zanjoe Marudo) and Chiara, on the other hand, laid #TeamResbak to rest along with Alex. They faked their deaths.
The series was a game-changer the reason why it raked billions of online views. Among the powerful cast are Tessie Tomas and John Arcilla, who portrayed mother and son in this series.
Arcilla was all praise for his co-actors. They were professional and for him, the energy was always different because they were all-powerful.
“Everyone was professional, they were ready and enthusiastic to shoot the scenes well,” he said. He believes that their series definitely “veered away from the formula”.
As for the veteran actress, her thoughts while doing the series because of money spent.
Tomas added based on a post from ABS-CBN, “You would really tell yourself that I have to do well because this project is so expensive.”
