The southwest monsoon is expected to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the Bicol region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, as well as Palawan, including the Kalayaan Islands.

The habagat and localized thunderstorms will bring similar weather conditions across the entire Visayas and Occidental Mindoro.
