In the video, Grona accompanied by her family and relatives, visiting Caleruega Church in Nasugbu, Batangas to offer prayers on her birthday. Little did she know, her quiet and peaceful moment with the Lord will have an unexpected twist.
The male netizen Lester Jopia knelt discreetly behind his girlfriend while holding an engagement ring. As Czarina finished her prayer and began to leave the area, unaware to her boyfriend’s presence, she was in for a heartfelt surprise.

“A “happy birthday to me”, indeed!
This was just supposed to be a simple family day to celebrate my birthday but as what I have uttered in my prayer, “Kung ano pong plano Nyo yun ang masusunod basta gabayan nyo ko”, He definitely had other plans for me/us today.
All I wanted for this day was to visit Caleruega church with my family and loved ones and yet THIS happened.
