Amid the intrigues, Ogie Diaz said this regarding the rumors involving Dawn Zulueta and her husband.
Long-time married couple Dawn Zulueta and Anton Lagdameo’s separation, according to Ogie Diaz is not true.
Actress-socialite Dawn Zulueta and her husband of 25 years Anton Lagdameo have previously faced rumors. According to the grapevine, she and her Special Assistant to the President husband have separated.
But they immediately put this down by posting their photos online.
The photos were taken during Mark Padernal’s art exhibit which was held at the Provenance Art Gallery in Taguig City. And these photos showed that their bond as a couple is solid.
The rumors started as a blind item. There were also speculations about her flying to the United States to cool down her head as she got affected by these alleged happenings. However, this was not accordingly true.
A source revealed that Zulueta only flew to the United States for her son Jacobo. She helped prepare for his entry to Fordham University in New York City. She was accordingly also there for her daughter’s ballet activities.
And recently, in a new video, Ogie Diaz revealed that there was someone who actually asked him to reveal the split rumors through a blind item in his channel. He asked who was the source and this certain person said that it was one of the people from Zulueta’s camp.
The good thing about it, he did not agree. He did not do it on his channel because he can already imagine the consequence if he did it following the social media posts from the actress debunking the rumors.
“Hindi raw totoo,” he expressed in his new video. He added, “Hindi ko pa rin pinatulan. Kaya ngayon tingnan mo. Kung pinatulan ko edi na-bwisit tayo dun sa kampo ni Dawn.”
Meanwhile, Dawn and Anton celebrated their 25th anniversary this December. To recall, Dawn is also vocal about her husband being loyal and faithful to her in all the years they are together. She felt blessed that he never gave her any reason to doubt his fidelity.
Last May 2022, BBM appointed Lagdameo to be his Special Assistant.
