Miss Universe Philippines 2022 Celeste Cortesi shared her thoughts on cosmetic enhancement.
Celeste is indeed one of the most beautiful celebrities nowadays. From being a beauty queen, she officially started her journey in showbiz. She is admired for her beauty and her wit however, she was bashed when she was not able to bring home the Miss Universe crown last year.
Despite the negative reactions, she continued to be strong as she also received support from her fellow beauty queens.
Just recently, she once again received bashing because of her photo showcasing a diamond necklace. However, netizens noticed her face more. Based on the article in Preview, Celeste Cortesi received bashing because of her lips.
Amid that bashing, the beauty queen shared this post as her answer to all her bashers. “My reaction to my bashers [face with tears of joy emoji, flying kiss emoji] #unbothered till the end,” she wrote in the caption of her photo doing a kiss gesture.
In a recent article published on PEP’s site, it was said that Celeste Cortesi shared her thoughts on cosmetic enhancement. She admitted that she enhanced some of her features.
“Me, personally, I do not have anything against that. I do it myself and I never deny that. I’ve always been pretty much open about the things I do. Because I don’t find anything wrong with that,” she said.
Amid the negative reactions or bashing, Celeste said that she hopes people can learn to be more sensitive because they might not know that their words can hurt a lot.
“I mean, we’re in 2023, come on! Everybody can do it! And again, like, it’s your life. Your life, your rules. So, let’s, you know, let everybody be free of doing whatever they want to do with their bodies,” she stressed, adding that people should just keep their negative comments to themselves.
