Actress Maja Salvador receives a message from John Lloyd Cruz during a pre-wedding dinner they hosted.
Celebrities John Lloyd Cruz and Maja Salvador are close friends and here is the message of the actor to his close friend.
Celebrity photographer Pat Dy recently took to his Instagram account a photo of Maja Salvador. She was a glowing bride in her Zuhair Murad wedding gown and the event was attended by a lot of celebrities.
Maja Salvador and Rambo Nunez’s wedding was held at Apurva Kempinski in Bali, Indonesia.
Her gown was a beautiful figure-hugging lace gown with an open neckline. Her hair was neatly made up and tied into a bun. She also put on a pair of diamond earrings for that added sparkle.
And before her wedding, they held a dinner for their guests to welcome them. Among them is John Lloyd Cruz who gave her a message. JLC is a close friend of hers. They have first worked together in It Might Be You.
During the dinner event, Lloydie expressed a message for the bride in a sweet and witty way.
“…Mahalaga yung buhay niyong dalawa sa amin. Alagaan niyong mabuti yung isa’t-isa. Unawain niyo yung isa’t-isa palagi. Maj, i-respeto mo yang asawa mo. Rambo, tol, ikaw rin. Ingatan mo yang kapatid ko. Naging napakabuti niyan sa akin, sa marami sa amin dito, sa maraming tao. Mahal na mahal ko yan,” he said.
He also thanked Maja’s husband for helping her making her dreams come true. He even joked, “Mapangarap yan, sobrang mapangarap yan. In other words, ambisyosa yang kapatid ko. Pero Rambo, hindi ka magsisisi na nasa kampo mo yang si Maja. So congratulations sa inyong dalawa. Mahal ko kayo.”
Maja and Lloydie’s friendship started when he said to her that she doesn’t belong in show business. It was a joke but it was something that affected and fueled her to do better in her work.
He was like a brother to her and what he gave her was tough love. He was among the people that made her love acting.
Meanwhile, apart from John Lloyd, other celebrities who were in her wedding included newly-weds Maine Mendoza and Arjo Atayde, Richard Gutierrez and Sarah Lahbati, Joshua Garcia, Pat Dy, Laureen Uy, Gelli de Belen and Ariel Rivera, Dr. Aivee Teo, and Kakai Bautista.
