Ruru Madrid talked about his ‘Black Rider’ co-stars
Kapuso actor Ruru Madrid shared that actor-host Matteo Guidicello inspires him and this is the reason behind this.
Ruru and Matteo are co-stars in the upcoming Kapuso series Black Rider with actress Kylie Padilla. This is not the first time for Ruru to work with Kylie. They did a series together in the past.
However, this project is Matteo’s first Kapuso series. It was just in May this year when he signed his contract with GMA.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Abante, Ruru Madrid shared that he is happy that he has a reunion project with Kylie Padilla. He also said that this is a dream project for him.
During the interview, there was one person who commented that he and Kylie have a “past.” Ruru said that there was none and he laughed.
“Naku, sasabihin na naman ng mga tao, lahat na lang crush ko! Pero kami ni Kylie, sobrang magkaibigan kami. Sobrang matalik na magkaibigan kami. Ang saya lang na magkatrabaho ulit kami!” he said.
Ruru also commended his fellow actor Matteo. He said that he enjoyed working with the husband of Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo. Ruru also shared that he and Matteo have been talking a lot in their tent.
He said that he feels inspired because of the Unang Hirit host. “Sobrang na-inspire talaga niya ako sa ginawa niya, na nag-Scout Ranger siya, na nag-Iron Man na rin siya noon. Parang lahat ng mga ginagawa niya, mga pangarap kong gawin noon,” Ruru Madrid shared.
The boyfriend of Bianca Umali also said that Matteo would teach him what to do and encourages him to try skydiving.
Ruru added that they talked also when they met at GMA Gala as he really aspires to be a soldier. “Gusto ko ring maging Scout Ranger, pero kuwento niya sa akin, hindi talaga biro, hindi madali. Na 45 days daw talaga na sobrang hirap, pero sobrang worth it naman daw,” he said.
