Philippines’ Top 10 Schools Preferred by Employers According to JobStreet

JOBSTREET – Online job portal JobStreet released an official list of the latest colleges and universities whose graduates are preferred by recruiters.

When searching for potential candidates to fill vacant positions within the company, hiring managers consider the educational background of applicants, especially for fresh graduates with no work experience.

This practice may seem unfair to those who have excelled academically in lesser-known academic institutions. However, it is an accepted reality because educational institutions across the country are ranked based on their academic performances and other relevant factors.
