Willie Revillame Comeback Will Happen In This Network?

Is PTV-4 the new network of Willie Revillame? Is he finally coming back?

Famous game show host-comedian Willie Revillame has been gone for many months now, when is he coming back?

Last year Willie Revillame signed a contract with AMBS. However, not long after, his show stopped airing on this new network due to some problems. Before transferring to the new network, he and his show were doing well with GMA.

Wowowin aired in GMA for seven years but last year, he decided not to renew the contract and move to the network of Manny Villar, the owner of AMBS who is a friend of his.

However, Wowowin ended earlier than everyone thought in AMBS. Willie’s show stopped airing and months after this happened, he released a song entitled “Babalik Ako” and it was as if this song was hinting at his comeback.

“Namimiss ko na ang inyong mga hiyawan. Namimiss ko na ang inyong palakpakan. At namimiss ko na ang inyong mga yakap,” a statement has said before the song played.

Last July 18, he did a live streaming of his program and called people to give them Php 5,000.00 each. In the same live feed, the host shared that he will do everything to make his show have a comeback.

He does not have a TV station that will air his show but he will still go on with his plan to return for the people using their social media platforms.

“Uulitin ko po, para malaman ang totoo, wala po kaming channel. Walang Channel 5 o Channel 7 or Channel 2, walang channel na kahit ano,” the host said.

Revillame added, “Babalik po ako through social media, Facebook at YouTube lang po. Yan yung totoo. On my own, gagawin… itutuloy ko to sa abot-kaya namin.”

However, just recently, it appears that something might change with his plans. Many people online speculated that his show might find a new home on PTV-4 as he was spotted in the network’s compound on July 25.

PTV news anchor Diane Querrer posted some photos and said, “Kuya Wil visits PTV [PH flag].”
