The typhoon will bring stormy weather conditions over Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Aurora. Gusty winds with rains are expected over Metro Manila, CALABARZON, the Bicol Region, Marinduque, Romblon, and the rest of Central Luzon.

PAGASA

Habagat and Egay will bring cloudy weather conditions with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, BARMM, SOCCSKSARGEN, Lanao del Norte, and the rest of Luzon.

“Afterwards, a weakening trend may begin due to increasing interaction with the rugged terrain of Northern Luzon and Taiwan,” PAGASA said.
