Actresses Deborah Sun and Lorna Tolentino finally reconciled and this was the reason for their conflict.
After over 30 years, Deborah Sun and Lorna Tolentino finally ended their rift and this is what happened that caused this misunderstanding.
Veteran actress Lorna Tolentino finally adds Deborah Sun to her Facebook friends and it looks like they are back to being friends again. The hatchet has been buried as they got a chance to meet on the set of “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo“.
After 37 years, they have finally ended their conflict.
According to Deborah, she and Lorna were in the same group of friends including Beth Bautista and Amy Austria. The four of them are really close to each other before and all of them were born in December. Now, what happened in the past that led to a conflict that ended after 37 years?

It all started in 1989 when Lorna filed estafa case against Deborah. This is because the latter actress failed to pay the pieces of jewelry she got with Tolentino as the guarantor. She got away with the case and fled to the US for escape.
Deborah stayed in the US for 15 years.
In 2004, she returned with liver cancer but the case filed was still active which resulted in her arrest. She was put behind bars on September 2005. Deborah was supposed to serve five years and eight months in prison but was shortened to just over a year due to the conditional pardon from President Gloria Arroyo.
She got out of prison on October 2006.
Fast forward to now, it has been reported that their meeting was unexpected. In a interview with PEP, Lorna shared, “Nung last naming pagsasama sa Channel 5, alam ko galit siya dahil hindi naman niya ako binati nun.”
She added, “Ang ano ko kasi, ‘Hindi mo kasi ako binati sa Channel 5 nun,’ gumanun ako sa kanya. Tapos sabi niya, ‘Nahihiya kasi ako sa yo,’ sabi niyang ganun.”
