The complainant started their post with a polite greeting to the readers and recounted their experience of purchasing food for lunch. To their dismay, they discovered a fly in their meal and promptly reported the incident to the carinderia staff.

However, the netizen received a disappointing response from the staff, who accused them of intentionally putting the insect into the food. The staff brushed off the issue by suggesting that the fly must have come from outside, given that the food was placed in an open area.

“Good day ma’am/sir, I have concern about sa one carenderya here in Dagupan. Bumili ako ng food for lunch then while eating napansin ko na may langaw sa food nila and I report it sa pinagbilhan ko, then nung andon na ko para ireport the cook said na sa labas na daw nakuha yong langaw since nasa labas nakalagay ang mga food. Yong one staff pa pinapalabas na kami ang naglagay ng langaw. Where can i report it para macheck ang hygiene ng isang establishment here sa Dagupan?”
