The Magsino Twins were craniopagus conjoined twins, which means their skulls were linked together. Doctors gave them a bleak prognosis when they were born in February 2008, with a life expectancy of only 10 years.
Their extraordinary journey caught the attention of the global TV show “Born Different” in 2021, shedding light on the possibility of separating Joy and Joyce through an incredibly risky operation.
However, this procedure comes with a substantial price tag of USD 75,000 or roughly over PHP 4 million.
