It is not every day that we get to have fancy dining and when we do, we should make sure that we get the best until the last coin we paid. And one of the newest places to offer both the fancy vibe and foods that never fail is Alegria Manila.

This restaurant is located in Uptown Parade in BGC.

This is the exact place where we can enjoy a fusion of Filipino and Latin American cuisine. Its first tasting menu is more on small bites and tapas. When it comes to the place, one will never get intimidated by black walls, black linens, and black staff uniforms. It actually has a club-like vibe.

Monday – Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday – Sunday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Rates:

  • 14-course menu is Php 4,950++
  • 7-course menu is Php 3,600++
    (Each tasting menu comes with an optional cocktail and wine pairing at an additional cost.)

Every Wednesday to Sunday from 2 PM to 6 PM, three drinks are only for Php 500+ and 15 percent off on all their tacos for every Thursday.

On their menu, they have a wide selection of starters, tacos, main, graze, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, and wines.

Their starters are Coxinha, Calamares De Tinta, Alitas, Ceviche, Salpipapas, Quesadilla, Infladita, and Nacho.

For the mains, guests can choose from Costillas composed of pork ribs confit, pasilla barbecue sauce, corn espuma, and mango salsa; Jerk Fish made of whole fillet of market fish, Jamaican jerk sauce, escabeche of leeks, pumpkin seeds, and shallots; Pollo Asado made of achiote lime marinade chicken, balinese spice, and pineapple kimchi; and many others.
