Here’s the message of Alden Richards for Maine Mendoza as she is set to tie the knot soon.
ALDEN RICHARDS – Kapuso actor-host Alden Richards is happy for Maine Mendoza as she is about to embark on a new journey in her life.
Kapuso stars Maine Mendoza and Alden Richards were once collectively called AlDub and their love team was among the most phenomenal. Their love team’s success ran from July 2015 to December 2016 and they were loved because of the Kalyeserye segment in Eat Bulaga.
But it didn’t last long. Fans became aggressive and some even started making up stories about them that they’d rather believe the fabricated stories rather than the statements of the pair.
Their love team disbanded and despite this, they remained friends. Maine is marrying actor-politician Arjo Atayde and according to the rumors, they are going to tie the knot on July 28.
And when asked about this, Alden expressed his happiness for his former love team.
According to him, he’s known her as someone who has planned things in her life very well and she is very goal-oriented. And seeing her in this phase of her life, he wanted her to know that she deserves this kind of happiness and love.
“I’m very happy and sincerely na sinasabi ko yun sa kanya. I really wish her well. And sana, wherever she is now, I know that she’s very happy and for the longest time, she deserves that,” he said.
For someone like her who is very hardworking, she deserves it and this is her reward.
In a report from PEP, Alden shared that Maine really has a huge part in his life and this is because of AlDub. They may have had differences and disagreements in the past, but he is just happy that their friendship remained.
