GRETCHEN HO – Filipino television presenter and former volleyball player Gretchen Ho shares photos of her injuries after a bike accident in Switzerland.

Gretchen Ho documented her trip to Switzerland with pictures and videos on her Instagram account. She claimed that while in that country, she suffered a pretty nasty fall.

The 33-year-old anchor continued by outlining the locations where they would go cycling. Pictures of her left hand with a bandage, her left palm with a tiny cut, and her left shoulder were all included on the carousel.

Gretchen noted that there had been “steep, sharp descent from the mountains filled with 180 switchback turns,” which resulted in “a really bad fall.”

But she assured netizens that she’s safe. She said, “Don’t worry, I’m fine. Malayo naman ito sa bituka.”
