Jak Roberto talked about his closeness with Kylie Padilla
Kapuso actor Jak Roberto said that his friendship with actress Kylie Padilla is his priority at the moment.
Jak and Kylie already worked in the past, but their bond became closer after they worked together on the Kapuso afternoon series My Father’s Wife. In the series, they portrayed the characters of a married couple.
In a recent interview, based on the article in ABS-CBN Entertainment, Jak shared that he became more comfortable working with Kylie after their past projects.
He said that they were more comfortable with each other. He was happy knowing that he would share the same frame again with Kylie Padilla.
“She is so open sa mga eksena. Wala na siyang mga walls and inhibitions… Masarap kausap, marami siyang gustong ipaglaban, marami siyang mga gustong gawin and i-discover,” Jak Roberto said.
The actor was asked if he has plans to court Kylie. He said, “Hindi siya mahirap mahalin.” Jak also said that the actress is really open and genuine. He shared that the actress is fun to talk to, and, likely, no guy would not fall in love with her.
However, the actor stressed that, right now, he is not focused on the romantic aspect. “Kung bibigyan ako ng chance, siguro hindi pa ngayon kasi gusto kong ingatan kung anong meron kami ngayon na bilang close na magkaibigan,” Jak said.
When asked why his priority is his friendship with Kylie, the actor said that it is his first time having a girl as a best friend, and this has been his treatment of the actress.
Meanwhile, Jak Roberto was also asked about his ex-girlfriend, Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza. After their breakup, they were able to meet at GMA’s 75th Anniversary Gala.
He said that it was the one time he and Barbie were able to talk after their breakup. Jak shared that he saw Barbie behind him and, upon seeing that the actress was not talking to anyone, and just reading her script, he approached her to say hi.
The actor was happy that it happened because, for him, it was a sort of closure. “For me gumaan ‘yung pakiramdam ko na meron akong lakas ng loob para makipagusap sa kanya. Naging closure siya for me,” Jak shared.
