The Nokia G42 5G was released on June 28, 2023. The 5G-ready device is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery + 20W wired charging. It is offered in two colors – Purple and Gray.

The device comes with a screen size of 6.56 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It has the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It measures 165 x 75.8 x 8.6 mm and weighs 193.8 grams.
Platform:
G42 5G is powered by the Qualcomm SM4350-AC Snapdragon 480+ 5G (8 nm) Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Adreno 619. It runs on Android 13 operating system. It is integrated with 4 GB and 6 GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.
Main Camera:
The rear camera of the Nokia G42 5G consists of a 50-megapixel (wide) + 2-megapixel (macro) + 2-megapixel (depth). It features an LED flash, HDR, and panorama.
Selfie Camera:
For clicking selfies and self-shooting videos, there is a single camera on the front that features an 8-megapixel camera.
The phone’s sensors include fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, proximity, and compass. It also features GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, USB Type-C 2.0, OTG, FM radio, and Bluetooth 5.1.
