MAMOU PRIME – The Podium’s Mamou Prime serves quality and flavorful dishes from their wide variety of offerings.  

The foods and dishes being served at Mamou Prime of The Podium are made of top ingredients. The place has a warm and cozy ambiance which is perfect for gatherings and other intimate events.

Angus rib-eye USDA prime-grade steak,  Lorenzo’s truffle cream pasta, and Healdsburg’s harvest salad are the restaurant’s signature dishes. They also boast their impeccable and friendly service for their customers.

Mamou first opened in 2007 in Serendra BGC. Now, what made Mamou steaks so special? They have higher and more expensive “prime grade” beef as its signature steak. 

Their powerhouse Angus Ribeye USDA Prime Grade Twin Steak which is approximately 800 grams comes with a choice of two sides: red steak rice, mashed potatoes, or creamed spinach.

Mamou also serves Dry-Aged USDA Prime Grade Bone-In Ribeye Steak, 28-Day Dry-Aged USDA Prime Grade T-Bone Steak, 28-Day Dry-Aged USDA Prime Grade Porterhouse Steak, and many others.

The restaurant’s Healdsburg’s Harvest is composed of greens in season, sweet tomatoes, glazed pecans, dried cranberries, cranberry, and Stilton cheese all tossed in a berry vinaigrette. 

They have two Snake River Farms Wagyu steaks and guests can choose between T-bone or porterhouse.
