The Iron Heart actor Richard Gutierrez has this reaction when asked about his sister Ruffa Gutierrez’s relationship with actor-politician Herbert Bautista.
Ruffa and Herbert have been very private when it comes to their relationship. Although they would share bits and pieces, they haven’t really talked deeply about them as a couple.
In previous interviews, Ruffa expressed that Herbert helped her in her dream to finish her studies. She even shared that their unique first date involved Herbert helping her plan for her daughter Lorin’s college education abroad.
Previously, even veteran showbiz personality Annabelle Rama, the mother of Ruffa Gutierrez, expressed that she is happy that Herbert Bautista entered the life of her daughter.
Annabelle said that she appreciates that the actor-politician is a good influence on Ruffa. This was one of the reasons why Annabelle really supported the senatorial candidacy of Herbert in the last 2022 elections.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Abante, even Richard Gutierrez has good words for Herbert Bautista. When asked if she’s “boto” to the actor-politician, the Kapamilya actor said, “Oo naman. Sobrang bait ni Kuya Herbert sa amin. Kung saan sila masaya, boto ako sa kaligayahan nila. Basta naka-smile ‘yung ate ko.”
Meanwhile, Richard’s current Kapamilya primetime series is doing well. Aside from the high ratings that it gets, viewers are also commending the storyline. The actor revealed that even before they started the shooting, the story was already designed to be extended if ever it is required.
