Cop Reportedly Puts Chili on the Private Part of a Teenager Complainant
A 17-year-old teenager complained against a cop who allegedly puts chili on the private part of his body in Davao Occidental.
Instead of assistance, a teenager in Don Marcelino, Davao Occidental, said that some police officers put chili on his privates. The child complainant alleged that he requested police assistance in Sitio Pamongot, Barangay Talagutong.
The teenager will almost certainly report that his drunken father was about to beat him. Instead of assisting, it appears like the police harassed the young youngster. The youngster stated that he was escorted to a room and that the light had been turned out.
Chili was rubbed on his privates while he was there. According to the report, the suspect threatened to add more. The victim begged him to stop. He was subsequently released, and he stated that he needed to wash at a nearby water pump because it was so hot.
The victim’s grandma requested assistance in identifying the perpetrator of this crime against her grandchild. They went to the PNP’s Women and Children’s Protection Desk and complained.
The youngster was unable to obtain the suspect’s name but stated that if he saw him again, he would be able to identify him. The victim is in the care of the municipal office of social welfare and development. The incident is being investigated by the Don Marcelino Police Department.
