Jalosjos siblings claimed that no one respected them in Eat Bulaga
Jalosjos siblings, Jon and Bullet, narrated how they were treated by people in Eat Bulaga, the noontime show produced by their father’s company TAPE Inc.
Jon Jalosjos is the current CEO and President of the said production company while Bullet Jalosjos is the chief finance officer. When the transition of power took place, issues surfaced.
Veteran hosts Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon for the longest time remained silent about the issues. The former Senate President however broke his silence after Bullet was interviewed by King of Talk Boy Abunda.
Tito Sen defended that former TAPE CEO Tony Tuviera was forced to retire and that the Jalosjos siblings wanted to change the hosts and the segments. The veteran TV host also revealed that the new management is just claiming that there is no financial problem but Vic and Joey haven’t been receiving their talent fees for many years.
In an interview with PEP, Jon and Bullet Jalosjos revealed the treatment that they would get from people in Eat Bulaga. They claimed that they were made to feel that they did belong there.
During corporate events like Christmas parties, they have not been introduced as part of the management of TAPE Inc. “No one respected us,” Bullet said. He also shared that their sister Soraya would just cry for not receiving respect from the people in the studio.
“When she (Soraya) came in here, hindi siya binagyan ng ID… Umiiyak yan, umaalis kasi hindi siya pinapakain with talents. She eats with the security,” Bullet Jalosjos said.
Jon Jalosjos also shared that even though he worked with Eat Bulaga in the Broadway Studio before, there was no recognition of his position now in the company. He said that he was even not invited to enter the area where the talents are eating.
