Chef Rob Pengson serves us Filipino-Spanish flavors through his Beso Beso restaurant. Here are some details.
BESO BESO – Chef Rob Pengson’s restaurant has tasting menus to à la carte offerings and here are some details about this restaurant.
Chef Rob Pengson crafted a menu that connects Filipino and Spanish through his dishes. This is located in the Aleanza Institute and among its signature dishes are Bistek Tagalog, Salpicao with foie gras, and Cacao.
More than the vibes and interior of the place, what matters the most is the food. It has been awarded as one of the best restaurants in the country by Tatler Dining Philippines for two consecutive years.
It was launched in 2019 but the Covid crisis derailed some of his big plans for the restaurant. Recently, he introduced new dishes like boquerones croquetas, paella de paloma, chillean sea bass a la gallega, iberico scecreto, txuleton steak and more.
He also introduced a new tasting menu which will last from May 29 to June 22 with a 20% off launch promo.
