Paolo Conti Shares Reason Why He Fell In Love W/ Girlfriend Yen Santos

PAOLO CONTIS – Kapuso actor Paolo Contis shared the simple reason why he fell more in love with his girlfriend Yen Santos.

It can be remembered that Paolo Contis confirmed his relationship with actress Yen Santos in the January episode of Fast Talk with Boy Abunda but the actor also clarified that Yen was not the reason for his breakup with LJ Reyes, his girlfriend at the time.

Just recently, the 39-year-old actor said that he still wants to get married someday but he has a condition for himself. He said he has to fix his life and his past relationship first.

In his interview on the Updated with Nelson Canlas podcast recently, Paolo Contis was also asked about the characteristics of Yen Santos that made him fall in love with the actress even more.

The prominent actor said he had a simple reason why he fell in love with his girlfriend. “Ako, sobrang simpleng bagay lang yan, when the whole thing started, the whole crucifixion started, there was a time or there was every opportunity, she had every opportunity to tell me or to leave, but she stayed,” he said

“Ang laki-laking bagay kasi nung mga time na ‘yon, pinag-uusapan namin ‘yon–na mahirap, yes, nagkaroon pa nga ng time na nag-ano siya sa social media, hiatus. Pero she did everything she can to not get affected as long as, kumbaga, nakakapag-usap kami and okay kami,” he added.

Paolo Contis also admitted that when he and his ex-partner LJ Reyes, had an issue, it was the “worst time” for him to enter into a new relationship. However, he was very thankful that Yen stayed by his side.

“Ako, hindi mo ba mamahalin ‘yon? During that time that some of my friends, some of the people who actually believed me were leaving, someone stayed,” said Paolo.

And when he was asked if the relationship he entered into with Yen was worth it, Paolo’s answer was “Yeah. Nung lahat palayo, siya palapit.”
