SAM PINTO – Model-actress Sam Pinto shares that she found Alden Richards before and spoke about their yacht date before.
In 2011, two then-rising stars Sam Pinto and Alden Richards dated and it was a promotional tour for their movie, Tween Academy Class of 2012. It was a yacht date to promote their project.
And it ended right there.
According to Pinto, she expressed that dating Alden who is two years younger than her is a bit uncomfortable for her. It made her feel like a cougar.
And years after, her statement remains the same. At that time, the age of Alden mattered to her and she wasn’t open back then to being the one who is older in a relationship. The funny thing about it now, her husband, Anthony Semerad is actually two years younger than her.
On Tuesday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” the “Abot-Kamay na Pangarap” actress was asked, “Totoo ba na you found him too young?”
Her reply was, “Yes. Masyado siyang bagets but my husband is two years younger than me.”
She then recalled the yacht date and expressed that it wasn’t really the “real date” for them but it was a “nice date”. It was a great experience for her.
They don’t talk anymore but she shared that they are civil towards each other and added, “Ever since he was the sweetest naman kasi.”
