Kris Aquino Diagnosed w/ Another Autoimmune, Taking Anti-Cancer Medication

In a new post, Kris Aquino shared that she has now five autoimmune diseases but she is not giving up.

KRIS AQUINO – ‘It’s definite I have 5, possibly 6 autoimmune conditions’ says Kris Aquino as she gave a health update.

She has five with the possibility of six. In a health update, Kris Aquino shared that her fifth autoimmune has been confirmed and she could possibly be dealing with six autoimmune conditions.

The Queen of All Media shared a video of herself taking the first dose of her medicine while she was still inside her doctor’s clinic. She shared that it was “roughly 13 hours ago” when she’s taken her first “baby dose” of methotrexate.

Aquino explained in her post what methotrexate is. It is accordingly a kind of medicine that treats cancer, psoriasis, and rheumatoid arthritis.

She then narrated that when she arrived in the US in 2022, she received sad news. She was told of having three autoimmune conditions that had become four. These four are chronic spontaneous urticaria, autoimmune thyroiditis, and Churg Strauss or EGPA.

She took a “new biological injectable” but the number of allergens in her blood remained high.

She gave her doctor a difficult time taking methotrexate. However, her “inflammatory numbers were high and so was her ANA. She “bit the bullet” and started her “baby dose” of the medicine which will be increased as the weeks go by.

“For now it’s definite I have 5, possibly 6 autoimmune conditions,” she said.
