Gigi de Lana Had a Car Accident While on Their Way to Event in Ilocos Norte
Filipinas singer Gigi de Lana got into a car accident while she and her band are on their to an event in Ilocos Norte.
Gigi de Lana posted on Facebook that she and her band, The Gigi Vibes, were in an accident on their way to a show. The artist stated that they were involved in an accident today, May 15, 2023, while traveling from the “Sulong Aurora Event” to the “Himala Sa Buhangin Event in Ilocos Norte.”
She, Jon, Oyus, Mela, and their four crew members all suffered minor injuries. According to her message, no one else was injured in the accident, and all difficulties have been settled.
The band and crew have received medical clearance from the Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center Hospital and will proceed to the concert. They expressed gratitude to the local government unit of San Fernando, La Union, for assisting them after an accident.
“Fortunately, no one else was involved in the accident, and all issues have been resolved. The band and crew have received medical clearance from the Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center Hospital, and they will continue their journey to tonight’s show,” said Gigi.
“We express our gratitude to the LGU of San Fernando La Union, the LUPPO, and Mr. Erickson Dinglasan for their assistance during this unexpected incident” she added in her post.
The images clearly show that the front section of the van in which Gigi was traveling was wrecked. Despite the automobile accident, they continued to perform their event.
