Nancy Binay Wants PBBM to be More “Angry” Going Towards His Second Year

Senator Nancy Binay urges President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr (PBBM) to be more “angry” in his second year.

Senator Nancy Binay stated that the President is supposed to be too polite and that she hopes he learns how to be angry in the second year of his presidency. Binay praised Marcos’ work in his first year as president, particularly because he assisted the previous administration in combating the Covid-19 outbreak.

“Ok naman siya. Yung mga namana niyang problema napakalaki and so far naa-address naman niya,” Binay said in a press conference.

“Meron lang ako wish…Si President kasi parang mabait baka kailangan going towards his second year, baka mas dapat nagagalit siya,” she added.

Binay also stated that she understands the Chief Executive’s strategy because he is still on the ‘learning curve,’ particularly when it comes to appointing appointees in his government. It hopes that Marcos will complete his appointments to key positions, particularly in the Departments of Health and Agriculture.

“Number 1 sa DOH, katulad ngayon pataas na naman Covid cases. Bago siya magsimula ng second year niya, sana kumpleto na,” said Binay.

Meanwhile, PBBM received high approval and trust ratings in the most recent OCTA Research Group survey. According to the Tugon ng Masa survey, which was conducted between March 24 and March 28, Marcos had an 83 percent trust rating and an 80 percent approval rating. Only 6% disapproved of the President’s performance, while only 4% distrusted him.
