Celebrities Paolo Contis, Patrick Garcia, and Kaye Abad are reunited in a new project!
PAOLO CONTIS – Former Tabing Ilog stars Paolo Contis, Patrick Garcia, and Kaye Abad are going to work again for a new film.
Patrick Garcia, Kaye Abad, and Paolo Contis are the former cast members of the iconic youth-oriented series Tabing Ilog. The other lead stars of this show were John Lloyd Cruz, Desiree Del Valle, Baron Geisler, Jodi Sta. Maria, and Paula Peralejo.
The story is about the friendship of Eds, Badong, Rovic, Corrinne, James, Fonzy, Anne, and George.
And in a clip posted by Mavx Productions, it looks like Eds, Badong, and James are reunited, but this time, for a film.
A video from Mavx Productions showed that Contis and Abad are a couple while Garcia is playing the role of a celebrity. And in the story, the friendship between them will be tested.
As much as we all know, Mavx Production is behind the films “Doll House,” “A Faraway Land,” and “Unravel”.
Speaking about this reunion, Contis expressed that it’s a dream come true working with them. According to him, the work ethic and everything when he is working with them is a different kind of experience.
Abad is also happy with the reunion as the movie has a different take in doing drama. She got excited to work on this film when it was pitched to her. It’s the kind of film that she has always been waiting to do.
She added based on a post from ABS-CBN, “Hindi nila kinunan na super drama pero masakit sa puso ‘yung eksena. Kasi sa mga soap opera, away, drama talaga ‘yung eksena. Nung nabasa ko ‘yung script isa ‘to sa mga ganoong pelikula, excited ako. Masakit ‘yung eksena pero ‘di ko kailangang umiyak.”
