The Cubot KingKong Power was officially announced on April 24, 2023. The rugged smartphone was launched in a single color, Black. It is powered by a 10,600 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable) + 33W fast battery charging.
Body & Display:
The dimension of the device is 169.9 x 80.2 x 20 mm and weighs 382 grams. It is built with a glass front (Corning Gorilla Glass 5) and Premium plastic back and frame. It comes with a screen size of 6.5 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, and a 20:9 aspect ratio.
Platform:
KingKong Power is powered by a MediaTek MT8788 Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Mali-G72 MP3. It runs on the Android 13 operating system. It is packed with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It also supports expandable microSD storage up to 1TB.
Main Camera:
The rear camera of the Cubot KingKong Power consists of a 48-megapixel + 20-megapixel (night) + 2-megapixel (macro). It features autofocus, digital zoom, HDR, and touch focus.
Selfie Camera:
For clicking selfies and self-shooting videos, there is a single camera on the front that features a 16-megapixel camera.
The phone’s sensors include fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, proximity, and compass. It also features USB Type-C 1.0, USB OTG, Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi 802.11, NFC, GPS with dual-band A-GPS, and GLONASS.
