Ken Chan has a new movie
Kapuso actor Ken Chan said that he is willing to do a movie for the Pinoy movie streaming platform Vivamax.
Ken has showcased his acting caliber through the series My Special Tatay. Through this project, new opportunities were given to him that boosted his career in showbiz. One of his recent projects is the movie Papa Mascot which is directed by Louie Ignacio.
Direk has already done several movies for Vivamax and during the recent interview for the aforementioned movie, based on the article in PEP, the Kapuso actor was asked if he is open to doing movies on the said streaming platform.
Vivamax is known to showcase movies that are rated SPG or not advisable for kids. “Direk, bigyan mo lang ako nang mga tatlong buwan,” Ken Chan said to Direk Louie Ignacio.
The actor added, “Promise, ibibigay ko sa yo! Ako… why not? Ready naman po ako sa mga ganun.” Ken stressed that he is already 30 years old and he needs to explore other characters and even unwholesome roles.
He also said that his past projects were more of “pa-tweetums” and he wants diversity when it comes to acting. “Sana, makagawa rin ako nun. And gusto ko, pag gumawa ako nun, ang maging direktor ko po talaga, si Direk Louie Ignacio,” the actor said.
Ken also said that he experienced how Direk Louie took care of him and his leading lady Rita Daniela when they did an intimate scene.
When asked if he is willing to show his “behind” in a movie, the actor said, “Why not? Bakit hindi, di ba, Direk? Di ba? Kung magiging mas makatotohanan yung eksena para maipakita mo yung dapat ipakita, puwede na!”
Meanwhile, Ken Chan shared that as he knows, he will do the series Saan Nagtatago Ang Pag-ibig? which is based on a movie of the same title. He will be working with Yassi Pressman and Marco Gumabao on this project.
