ROBBERY INCIDENT – Several unidentified thieves break into a house in Quezon, Palawan, and steal valuables and underwear.

In the quiet town of Quezon, Palawan, a burglary took place in the wee hours of Sunday morning, April 2, 2023. The victim, Mrs. Nita Dalasa Arid, was fast asleep with her family when the burglars broke into their house in Sitio Mandaratag, Barangay Tabon.

According to the house owner, Mrs. Arid, the thieves entered through the back of the house, which faces a vacant lot, and broke the lock of the kitchen door.

Despite being only a few feet away from the kitchen, the family did not hear any suspicious noise or movement. It was only in the morning when they woke up that they discovered the break-in.

Mrs. Arid reported that the burglars took several items, including a ViVo cellphone worth P6,000, a piggy bank containing P4,000 cash, and some folded underwear that was kept in the drawer.

Meanwhile, Quezon Municipal Police Station will continue to investigate the locate and identify the suspects.
