PCSO Cancels Draw for Several Days this Holy Week 2023
PCSO – The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office released the lotto draw schedule this Holy Week 2023 (Lenten Season).
One of the religious celebrations widely-observed in the Philippines being a Christian country is the Lenten Season or the Holy Week. Classes are suspended and most companies and working establishing moments also cancel operations.
Many people spend the Holy Week in the company of their loved ones at a beach resort or anywhere they can relax and reflect. Most individuals prefer to stay at home and there are also many others who attend church activities.
During the Holy Week, among those that have changes are the PCSO lotto draws. There are suspension of the lotto draws and the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office make prior announcements to notify the bettors.
With regards to the lotto draw schedule this Holy Week 2023, PCSO has released an advisory as it cancels lotto draws for four (4) days for the observance of the Lenten Season.

- April 4, 2023 (Holy Tuesday) – Regular Draws
- April 5, 2023 (Holy Wednesday) – Regular Draws
- April 6, 2023 (Maundy Thursday) – No Ticket Selling and No Draws
- April 7, 2023 (Good Friday) – No Ticket Selling and No Draws
- April 8, 2023 (Black Saturday) – No Ticket Selling and No Draws
- April 9, 2023 (Easter Sunday) – No Ticket Selling and No Draws
- April 10, 2023 (Monday) – Resumption of Regular Ticket Selling and Draws
