The Pinoy celebrity Eric ‘Eruption’ Tai gets emotional and cries tears of joy after getting his first solo billboard.
Eric Tai, also known as Eric “Eruption” Tai, is a talented performer who has made a significant impact in the entertainment industry. Tai started his career in the industry as a dancer and choreographer, working with various Filipino celebrities.
In 2012, Tai’s career took off when he became a regular performer on the noontime show “It’s Showtime.” He quickly became a fan favorite and his popularity on the show led to more opportunities.
Apart from his career in entertainment, Tai is also passionate about fitness and health
Recently, Eruption became emotional when he saw his very first large solo billboard displayed on one of the biggest and busiest expressways in the Philippines. His post goes viral after it was posted on social media.
In his post, Eruption recalled the bitter experiences he went through and thanked his fans and everyone who helped him reach where he is now. As a result, when he saw his billboard, the “Ting Ting King” couldn’t contain his joy and gratitude.

“I lived out of a suitcase for 5 years.
I didn’t own anything but a phone, some clothes and 2 pairs of shoes.
I almost got evicted because I couldn’t pay the electricity bill.
I would sleep at an internet cafe coz I had no other place to stay and because of my addiction to Dota.
I went to over a thousand auditions / vtrs for commercials, ramp, billboards and even promotizing.
And finally after 15 YEARS, I now have “MY OWN FIRST EVER SOLO BILLBOARD” which stands at over 120 feet on one the busiest and biggest express highways in the Philippines, SLEX mamplasan north bound. Many thanks to a great company “Sure Choice” and this new awesome food supplement brand called MetaFit GLS Thank you for the TRUST, Ritchie & Ela!
So if and when you see this billboard some time soon, pls do remind yourself that dreams can come true and that anything is possible. It may not happen now or even in a few months or even years. Just keep working hard in refining your skills and talents in order for you to achieve it. And don’t stop believing in yourself. Kayang kaya yan.
