According to Joshua Sabuero, one of the residents in the area, he accidentally dropped his cell phone while riding his motorcycle toward Barangay Sicsican. It was the garbage collectors who found his cell phone and returned it to him. Despite not being able to obtain the names of the CSWM employees, he expressed his gratitude and praised their honesty through a social media post.
