Iya Villania Shares Glimpse Of 2nd Floor Of New Home In Rizal

IYA VILLANIA – Kapuso host Iya Villania gave a peek inside the second floor of their new family home in Rizal.

The lovely family of Drew Arellano and Iya Villania serves as an inspiration to many. Antonio Primo, Alonzo Leon, Alana Lauren, and Astro Phoenix are the couple’s four (4) kids.

After dating for ten years, they exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony in Nasugbu, Batangas, in 2014. In a previous article, the celebrity couple shared the importance of “me time.”

Iya Villana recently shared some photos of their new house. The newly-built house of the lovely Arellano family is situated in the Province of Rizal. They had a groundbreaking ceremony for their new home in December 2021.

The Kapuso star updated her followers on the home’s progress and said that it was almost finished. On March 8, International Women’s Day, Iya shared photos of some of her home in a post expressing her gratitude to her female architects and interior designers.

The play area, veranda, kitchen bar, as well as the family’s view of Rizal, were all photographed by Villania. She also displayed the house’s suggested layout.

It has a neutral color scheme beautifully designed by Ikoniq Design Studio. In the caption, the actress-host shared that their house is actually designed for kids.

In the caption of the post, she wrote: “Just the right accents to make the place pretty. nothing too fancy or too delicate for a house designed for kids but still definitely something pretty to complement the design”
