IYA VILLANIA – Celebrity couple Iya Villania and Drew Arellano shared the importance of “me time.”
Many people are inspired by Drew Arellano and Iya Villania’s lovely family. The celebrity couple has four (4) children: Antonio Primo, Alonzo Leon, Alana Lauren, and Astro Phoenix.
The celebrity couple tied the knot in an intimate wedding in Nasugbu, Batangas in 2014, after being in a boyfriend and girlfriend-relationship for ten years.
Last month, Iya Villania broke her silence to speculations that she and her husband are expecting or planning for Baby No. 5. In the comment section of her IG post, she told the netizens to “relax” as “there’s nothing in the oven.”

In their new podcast, Iya Villania and Drew Arellano discussed the value of “me time,” as husband and wife, or as mother and father to their children, and as celebrities. They also talked about how it benefits the people around them.
On their Youtube Channel, the couple said, “Our schedule on a day-to-day basis is pretty full with family obligations and work commitments. We share how we squeeze in a little time for ourselves.”
The celebrity couple disclosed that they have different versions of “me time.” Drew prefers sports and outdoor activities, while Iya appreciates her prayer time and workout routines.
The female host said, “I love how we both have different me time but we respect each other’s me time because we know its value for each other.”
Drew continued, “If we both have me time, it means we are renewing ourselves, we are recreating ourselves, we are regenerating, we are trying to pamper ourselves, resetting.”
For Drew and Iya, the value of “me time” affects not only them but also the people around them on a daily basis.
“If we do that we become better people for each other, for the kids, and for everyone. Even for work,” said Drew.
