Liza Soberano will clarify what she said about her former home network
Actress Liza Soberano will appear on King of Talk Boy Abunda’s Fast Talk on GMA-7 to clarify her statements about ABS-CBN, her former home network for more than a decade.
Liza is one of the trending topics on social media these past few days. It is because of her This Is Me vlog in which she talked about her past journey as a talent under the management of talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz and Star Magic, the talent management company of ABS-CBN.
In her vlog, she stated that she was not given the freedom to choose the projects that she wants to do. Liza said that she was boxed in a love team and had to do a routine over and over again.
The actress even stressed that she was not the one who chose her screen name. It was given to her by ABS-CBN executive Malou Choa-Fagar and it was from her real name Hope Elizabeth Soberano.
With all the issues raised by Liza Soberano as she wants to start a new journey in her career, her former manager Ogie Diaz has been answering her statements. There were also some staff/executives from the Kapamilya network who slammed Liza’s claim in her vlog.
Amid her statements that went controversial, based on the article in PEP, Liza will clarify what she said on Boy Abunda’s Kapuso talk show. It was said that the actress’s manager James Reid was the one who contacted the show to ask for an episode intended for Liza’s clarification.
The co-founder of Careless, the company managing Liza’s career now, had this initiative after watching the King of Talk’s statement about the actress’s vlog.
To recall, Tito Boy commended Liza Soberano for her way of showing that she is rebranding herself. However, the veteran TV host expressed dismay when the actress released her vlog which is for many people a show of ungratefulness.
