It’s a good thing that someone witnessed the incident and alerted the rescue team because the two were taken to the hospital. According to Police Major Serapin Gapunuan, chief of the Lobo Police Station, the accident occurred because they didn’t have much experience driving because the woman driving didn’t have a license.

It was also discovered that the victims, who were still in the hospital, were not wearing helmets or any other form of body protection. According to the report, efforts are still being made to get statements from the victims. The police warned motorists, particularly motorcycle riders, to be cautious when driving, especially if the route is unfamiliar.
