Cesar Montano talked about the past and the present special women in his life
Award-winning actor Cesar Montano reacted to the friendship between his current partner Kath Angeles and his ex-wife Sunshine Cruz.
Last year, reconciliation between Cesar and Sunshine happened. After many years of having a conflict after they separated, they were able to patch things up and started to bond again.
Aside from Sunshine and Cesar’s reconciliation, the actress was also able to connect with Kath. In a previous interview, Sunshine said that she is thankful to Kath for being kind to her daughters.
There were several instances in which Sunshine and Kath, together with their kids, spent time together.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Inquirer, Cesar Montano said that he is happy about the bond between Kath Angeles and Sunshine Cruz. “I am amazed at how God moved into our lives. Only God could make that possible,” he said.
The actor jokingly added, “I hope they can also befriend my other ex, Sandra (Seifert), at iba pa (laughs).” Cesar also said that he hopes Sunshine would reconcile with San Juan Councilor Macky Mathay.
Late last year, rumors surfaced that Sunshine and Macky broke up. The actress remained silent about this for many months but she confirmed that she and Macky are no longer together during her interview on Boy Abunda’s Fast Talk.
Meanwhile, Cesar Montano is doing the role of Ferdinand Marcos for the second time and this is for the movie, Martyr or Murderer. He admitted that this role is quire challenging for him because of the short span of time when it comes to his preparation.
“It’s always method acting for me. It was harder to portray FM than Rizal because I was not given ample time to prepare. For any artist, to be in a rush is quite tough. It was hard to replicate his look, particularly his hairdo,” the seasoned actor said.
