Cubao Fire Today – Huge Fire Hits Bus Terminal In Cubao

A huge Cubao fire today is happening. The fire has reached Task Force Bravo or sixth alarm as of 6:45 PM.

CUBAO FIRE TODAY – The Bureau of Fire Protection reported that the fire that hit a bus terminal in Cubao has reached the sixth alarm.

A fire broke out at a bus terminal in Araneta Center, Cubao on Thursday, February 9, 2023. The initial investigation of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) stated that the fire was reported at around 4:46 pm and as of 6:45 PM, it has reached Task Force Bravo or sixth alarm. BFP received the call about the incident at around 4:46 PM but the blaze started at 4:30 PM.

People from nearby commercial establishments were ordered to evacuate and at around 4:51 PM, the first alarm was reported. The blaze escalated and at 5:08 PM, it rose to the 4th alarm.

Based on several videos posted online, the smoke was very thick and visible from afar. Food and amusement park were also burned down and the firefighters are having a hard time putting out the fire due to the crowd.

Several fire trucks from nearby cities also came to the area to rescue and help contain the massive fire that broke out.

The BFP has yet to disclose further details including any fatalities or injuries and the main cause of the fire.
