Sam Milby lauded his leading lady in the movie ‘The Diary of Mrs. Winters’
Acoustic Heartthrob Sam Milby talked about the acting caliber of Queen of Philippine Soap Opera Judy Ann Santos.
Sam was able to work with Juday for the first time in 2013. It was the series Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala. This year, they will be doing their reunion project and it is directed by Rahyan Carlos.
It is a horror film titled The Diary of Mrs. Winters. Previously, it was revealed that 80 percent of the movie will be shot in Toronto, Canada. Juday said that this movie will serve as a way of embracing the challenges in her life as she admitted that she has trauma in heavy snow which is required in the movie.
The award-winning actress also said that this project is a form of celebration for her 45th birthday and her 37th year in the entertainment industry.
During the media conference, Sam Milby was asked about the reason why he accepted this movie. The actor-singer said that the fact that he will be paired with Judy Ann Santos again is enough reason for him to say yes.
He said that one of his favorite teleseryes that he did was the one with Juday. Aside from the script and the role, Sam said that he loved the working environment. He said that he loves working with the actress.
The Acoustic Heartthrob also shared how Juday was an actress. “Sa mga eksena, nahihirapan na ako. Nahihirapan na ako sa lines or the acting. Umiyak nga siya pero pinu-push niya pa rin ako,” Sam shared.
He added that Juday is already Juday. “Ang galing-galing sa drama,” the actor said. Sam Milby also said that it was already “nakakahiya” when Judy Ann Santos was already crying but she was still helping and supporting him.
