Chito Miranda Shares 'Kabado' Moment Sharing Stage w/ Moira & Ice

Chito Miranda guested on Moira dela Torre’s major concert

Parokya ni Edgar vocalist Chito Miranda shared his “kabado” moment when he and singer Ice Seguerra guested on the recent major concert of singer-songwriter Moira dela Torre.

Moira held her major concert at the Araneta Coliseum on February 3. It was a sold-out concert and fans also enjoyed the performance of her guests, one of them was Chito.

In a recent Instagram post, the Pinoy band vocalist shared clips taken during the concert which he compiled from fans’ IG Stories. Chito wrote a story in the caption of his post.

He admitted that it was a nerve-racking moment for him as he is overwhelmed by the fact that he was performing with Moira and Ice. The comment he got from his Auntie regarding his voice also added to the nervousness that he felt.

“Sa totoo, sobrang kabado ako…isipin nyo, kasabay ko kakanta si Moira at si Ice. Marahil alam nyo naman siguro kung gaano kaganda yung mga boses nila, habang yung boses ko, ayon na mismo sa Auntie ko, ay parang nakalunok ng magaspang na bato na hindi na natanggal sa lalamunan,” Chito Miranda shared.

He also said that due to his overwhelming “kaba,” he was not able to hear Ice when he said that Moira learned the swear words from him, especially when they were doing the reality talent search Idol Philippines.

“At hindi ko mapigilan yung kuyakoy ng binti ko habang kumakanta,” the band vocalist added as it can be seen in videos that he was fidgeting. On the other hand, he is thankful that fans of Moira did not make him feel that he does not deserve to have that performance. “It was such an amazing experience,” he said.

Then, Chito congratulated and commended Moira for doing what she wants despite other people expecting different things from her. For the band vocalist, this is the true “rakenrol.” He also said, ” I’m so proud to be your Kuya.”
