The split of Pokwang and Lee has been the talk of the town recently and this is where it all started.
POKWANG – Famous actress and comedian, Pokwang, speaks about separation from Lee in an interview with Boy Abunda.
If there’s one thing she learned about her past relationship that she would want to impart to her daughters is that they should never forget to leave something for themselves. This is accordingly one thing that she did not do.
In an interview with Boy Abunda, Pokwang dropped some big revelations such as consulting a lawyer to get their monetized social media accounts back, the custody of their daughter, and not receiving any support from him when it comes to their child.
She just kept quiet about him being irresponsible and was covering him up for she was still hoping that he’ll fix their marriage. She even defended him before from “palamunin” accusation. And now, she decided to let the truth be set free. She revealed that their separation is because of money.
She’s been the one working for them and he indeed became her “palamunin”.
Accordingly, it all started when she asked him about their business. Since she was the one who financed, she felt she has the right to ask for any progress, gains, or losses. She asked for an update but it sounded wrong to him.
“Hindi niya nagustuhan. Parang ang dating sa kanya, hinuhusgahan ko na siya agad. Parang tinanggalan niya ako ng karapatan na malaman…” she shared.
In the same interview, she apologized to her mother as she did not listen to her. When she was alive, she did not like Lee for her but she neglected her mother’s opinion.
“Naging matigas ang ulo ko. Ayaw ng nanay ko sa kanya [Lee],” she said.
